Transitional Services

Transitional Support Services is a division of Supported Lifestyles Alberta Ltd. that provides services to high risk youth and helps facilitate the transition of these youths into adulthood. These services include daily living skills in a home setting, which are met by developing individualized support plans to meet the youth’s specific needs.

Another main area of focus is on community activities including educational classes, volunteer work, leisure and social activities, and possibly paid employment. Transitional Support Services also addresses behaviour management and explores appropriate adult services with their guardians.
